Join us for an enriching conversation with fellow parents! Together, we can make physical activity a regular part of a healthy lifestyle for your family. This class will help you identify specific activities that fit into your busy schedule, making it easier for the whole family to participate. Use the 50 Fun Activities! Help Children Move Their Bodies handout during the session for an interactive learning experience
Joining the class is easy! All you need is any of the following information, the phone number on your WIC account, WIC card number or Family ID number.
Click the “Join a class now “button below to sign up and join the class. The group class meeting will close promptly 5 minutes after the initial start time. See you in the Zoom room!
Late Arrival Policy: If, for any reason, you log in late and find that the meeting has already concluded, we kindly request you to consider joining another class later or on a different day that aligns with your schedule.
