Join us for a live Zoom discussion from the comfort of your home or wherever you are! We’ll discover three key strategies to understand how your newborn communicates with you and explore common baby sleeping patterns from birth and beyond. This is an interactive class, so come ready to learn and share ideas with other caregivers and parents like you!

In this session, you will learn about:

Strategies for handling common baby feeding challenges.
Understanding typical baby sleeping patterns.
How to understand and respond to your baby’s unique cues.

Joining the class is easy! To sign up and join, simply use the “Join a WIC Class Now” button below. You’ll need any one of the following items of information: the phone number on your WIC account, your WIC card number, or your Family ID number.

Please note: The group class meeting will close promptly 5 minutes after the initial start time. If, for any reason, you log in late and find that the meeting has already concluded, we ask you to consider joining another class later or on a different day that better matches your schedule.
