Bonding and Building a Healthy Start:Â
There’s so much to discover about nourishing your newborn. In this informative class, we’ll explore the benefits of breastfeeding, the importance of skin-to-skin contact, to build a strong bond with your baby. Whether you’re wondering about how much milk your baby needs, how often they should eat, or expressing breastmilk, we’ll answer your questions and share valuable tips to help you feel confident on this exciting journey of nourishing your little one. Use the  Guide to Breastfeeding  handout during the session for an interactive learning experience.
Joining the class is easy! All you need is any of the following information, the phone number on your WIC account, WIC card number or Family ID number. Click the “Join a class now “button below to sign up and join the class. The group class meeting will close promptly 5 minutes after the initial start time.   See you in the Zoom room!
Late Arrival Policy: If, for any reason, you log in late and find that the meeting has already concluded, we kindly request you to consider joining another class later or on a different day that aligns with your schedule.
