Get WIC Services by Phone

As a public health precaution and our commitment to protecting the well-being of our participants from the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), all San Bernardino County Department of Public Health WIC offices are offering services by phone. 

In order to assist you safely and quickly, modified services will be provided as follows:

• If you do NOT have an appointment: Call 1-800-472-2321.
• If you MISSED an appointment: Please stay home and call 1-800-472-2321 to discuss your options.
• If you have a SCHEDULED appointment: Please wait for a call from a WIC representative on the day of your scheduled appointment.

Note: If you receive a call from a blocked number or “Public Health”, it may be our WIC offices attempting to contact you. 

We will continue to work hard to provide you and your family the services you need to stay healthy.

A WIC staff member will contact participants and walk them through how to submit documentation if required.
