Join us for a live Zoom discussion where you can connect with fellow parents! Building “Strong Blood” through iron-rich foods is crucial for maintaining healthy, energetic, and active lives for both parents and children. In this class, you’ll learn how incorporating iron-rich foods can enhance health and childhood development and discover how vitamin C can improve iron absorption. Gain practical tips for blending iron and vitamin C into your diet effectively and learn to identify foods rich in both nutrients. By participating, you’ll be equipped to create a meal plan that promotes strong blood health for your entire family. Don’t forget to use the Iron for Strong Bloodhandout during the session for an interactive experience.

Joining the class is easy! All you need is any of the following information, the phone number on your WIC account, WIC card number or Family ID number.

Click the “Join a class now “button below  to sign up and join the class. The group class meeting will close promptly 5 minutes after the initial start time.   See you in the Zoom room!
